A space for exploring dreams as messengers.
When I remember my dreams, it’s often because they have a message for me.
It was nearly two years into my herbal training
before I realised how significant my dreams had become —
and how they were guiding me forward.
Okay, guiding? That’s putting it lightly.
Some dreams felt more like being dragged by the hair.
From ancestral insight,
to nights where plants became my guides,
I began to see how dream space mirrored
my challenges and transitions.
Dreams often speak with clarity
ignored during the day.
They offer perspective,
pattern,
and emotional truths
that aren’t always ready to be faced while awake.
Dreamwork is how I explore inner landscape —
so I can move with more awareness.
Sharing this feels like being naked in a dream.
But I’m not here to earn the right to speak.
I’m taking up space —
just to be honest.
To resonate.
Because I know I’m not the only one.
This dream journal began with a single [DREAM] — one that demanded to be remembered.
What about you?
